Our tenants really like you, as you maintain a good and professional relationship with them which helps in having good and trustworthy tenants. I feel they are comfortable in letting you know what they need, and in turn, you let us know, and the issue is handled with a good compromise. If there are any serious issues, you also handle that with professionalism. Your experience with managing properties has definitely helped us in keeping good tenants and maintaining our property. We also appreciate that you are prompt in returning our calls or e-mails, or any questions we have about how we want to manage our property. You handle everything with courtesy and professionalism. The same applies to our tenants. They know they can reach you and you will promptly call them back, and issues will be handled right away. We cannot thank you enough for managing our property and finding decent tenants to live there. You often go above and beyond of what is expected of a property manager. We also appreciate all of the suggestions that you offer in helping our property thrive not only for now, but the long run.
